We ship worldwide from our studio in Goa.

We offer Prepaid & Cash on Delivery options.

Shipping within India            

We ship within a week. It takes about 3-7 days after that to get delivered depending on shipping address and courier service. 

Shipping for Prepaid orders is free.

Shipping fee for Cash on Delivery orders is 180/-

Returns & Exchanges           

Returns & exchanges have never been easier!

We want our customers to be happy.

If you’re not satisfied with something you bought, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return or exchange it.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Returning or exchanging your online order is simple— do it via home pick-ups.

To initiate a home pick up, notify to us at orders.thesufistudio@gmail.com or text us at +91 8141180555 along with order number, product name and reason for return.

For home pick-ups, there’s an INR 200 fee, which will be deducted from your credit note. Once you request a pick-up, a carrier will collect your package from your shipment delivery address within 2-3 working days.

The credit note will be issued once the product is received at our studio.

Any additional charges for shipping, if paid, will be deducted from your credit note amount.

Please note, we do not offer refunds.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS


Return Window

Online purchases: 7 days from the delivery date.

In-store purchases: 7 days from the purchase date.

Please note, return or exchange requests will only be accepted once.


Item Condition

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags.


Credit Note or Exchange

For accepted returns, we’ll issue a credit note or exchange the item for another size in the same colour, style and design.

Credit notes are valid for 1 year and can be used both online and in-store.


Gift Cards are Non-Returnable Items


Sale Items

Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless defective. If an item arrives damaged, we’ll provide a replacement or, if unavailable, a credit note or refund.


Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for fulfilment errors, such as incorrect or missing items. Unless you received the products in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund.
